The main use of this app is to store all incoming and outgoing transactions with their respective customers, traders or individuals. User can save unlimited entries in this app as ledger book or record book.
Cloud Backup System :
We do not collect your data backup anywhere on any website, server or cloud, as we believe that information about your business or personal financial transactions needs to be kept confidential. So we provide a data backup system on your own Gmail Drive as an alternative to cloud backup. All data backups are automatically synced to your Google Drive on each entry, so there's no need to export backup every time. Attention, your mobile must have network or WIFI present while doing (adding) entry. If you added an entry without network presence, don't forget to turn on data or WIFI to sync the backup the next time when you add an entry. If you want to reset or change your mobile, we recommend checking the status of the last synced backup in the Export Backup section of the application. If a backup has not been exported to the correct date, you must manually export the backup. If you are also adding an image with the entry, please note that the attached image is being saved only to your device. Images are not saved to Google Drive with backups. Because uploading images takes more storage and time. If you want to reset or change your mobile, we recommend copying all images attached to the entry from your device first. We take no responsibility for any image("s") attached to entries in the app that are lost or deleted. It is important for you to remember the Gmail ID and password you have synced in the app for restore the backup if your mobile is lost or reset. We recommend you to creating a complete PDF or Excel file of all data and saving or sharing it somewhere at your convenience or weekly.

1) This app is developed for single user only. Please do not use this app in two different devices with sync the same Gmail ID. Syncing the same Gmail ID in different devices can lead to data loss.
2) Your WIFI or mobile internet connection must be turned ON while adding an entry. Without an internet connection your data is not synced to your Google Drive.
3) We (App) do not collect any information and data from your application and device, so you will need to protect your backup file located in your google drive. Please note that we are not responsible for the loss of your backup file on your Google Drive.
